Our aim is to work with others to achieve successful outcomes. In a bid to achieve this aim, our consistent endeavour is to meet the requirements of our business partners as best we can - whether customers, suppliers, employees, neighbours, proprietors or shareholders.

Customer focus, flexibility and striving for constant improvement are our top priorities. And the philosophy which the company lives by.

Our ISO 9001-certified quality management system is key to the sustained success of the company. It forms the basis for the following:

  • Standardised documentation:
    Documentation of the processes/workflows/procedures and the associated checks and measured variables
  • Increased efficiency:
    Continual identification of areas where there is room for improvement and logical follow-through with appropriate measures
  • Satisfied customers:
    Strong sense of awareness of customer needs and process requirements for increased customer satisfaction
  • Outward transparency:
    Demonstration of quality standards adhered to by KRAIBURG Austria and external verification of adherence to standards (customers, suppliers, neighbours, certification bodies...)

1994 to 2002: QM system in accordance with ISO 9001:1994

1998 to 2009: Environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001 also introduced

2003 to 2008: QM system in accordance with ISO 9001:2000

2009 to date: QM system in accordance with ISO 9001:2008
