From 8 to 10 June, our cycling club team went K_Bike to the picturesque Wachau for an exciting training camp. With a total of 16 bikers, we had different expectations, but all of them were more than fulfilled.

Under the motto "Between wine and stone" we crossed a unique landscape, from gentle vineyards to steep peaks. The challenge of steep climbs on wet paths on the first day and root-rich routes to the Jauerling the next day challenged us, but were rewarded with unique views and a good snack.

The enjoyment was not neglected either. At the wine taverns of the Mayer Winery and the Piewald Winery, we fulfilled our wine lover's wishes.

With 2500 meters of altitude difference in three days, our sporting ambitions were satisfied. Many thanks to all participants for their discipline and helpfulness, which made this training camp an unforgettable experience!
